This is because whether or not a woman has experience in the industry is based on her own declaration, and we cannot obtain reliable information. Based on customer feedback, we sometimes use expressions such as "inexperienced" or "not very experienced," but we carefully select only those women who meet our strict hiring criteria and whom we can confidently introduce to our customers, even if they are new to the industry.

In addition, our store has a "trial period" before officially enrolling a new employee. Even if you pass the interview, you will not be officially hired immediately, and we make a decision on whether or not you can join our store based on customer feedback. We also conduct 100% background checks, and our motto is honesty in our sales activities.

We intentionally keep our hiring rate low and limit our enrollment. This allows us to provide high quality service. All of our staff members think from the customer's perspective and place the highest priority on customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, our store is the first in the industry to measure women's three sizes with a measuring tape. We do not over-correct images, and we do not overload our staff with customers in a single day. We do not provide any transfer information, and we conduct STD testing on a regular basis.
